I have a 2001 Ram 2500 4x4 for sale. This is my "work" truck that I use for quail hunting. It is way overkill for carrying a dog box to a field, but I love the truck! Within the last couple of years over $7,000 has been invested in the truck. The known problem areas for these trucks have been replaced. The transmission and fuel systems are usually problems. The transmission has been rebuilt and all components of the fuel system has been replaced. The vp44 pump was just replaced, it has a brand new air dog lift pump, new fuel lines, puck on the bottom of the fuel tank, fuel filter, valve on fuel filter canister and a new in cab fuel pressure gauge. This is a partial list of some of the other new items: tires, headlights, fog lights, 2 new batteries, MBRP exhaust from the turbo back 4 inch to 5 inch tip. I am sure that I am forgetting somethings, but these are what came to mind. It does have some nicks and dings here and there, but is really clean for the year. The previous owner backed into a road sign and did not have it fixed the best. A piece of the filler had come out by the time I bought it. I was ok with it because I use it as a work truck. I have found that I keep my hunting truck cleaner than most people keep their everyday driver! I am only wanting to sell this because I have 3 trucks and I have invested much more in the truck than I had intended to. I wanted to make sure that it was done right and was reliable. The truck has pw, pdl, auto, a/c, lightly tinted windows, bed liner, flip over ball in the bed, nerf bars, electric brakes and diamond plate bed rail covers. The toolbox is not included with the truck. Thank you for your interest in the truck.
